I was born in Tehran, Iran and moved to the USA in Rockville, Maryland in 1975. I obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Engineering from Montgomery College.  Then I attended Penn State University where I achieved a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.  

I have been working over 30 years designing Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets.  Then about 3 years ago I ventured into Real Estate, as I like to make my own decisions.  I have worked with all types of Real Estate, i.e. First Time Home Buyers, Seller, however I have mainly concentrated on Buyers and Investors.   I love to remodel homes and projects such as fixers uppers.
